The Ellavate Charity Foundation was founded by Dr. Ella F. Washington, an organizational psychologist, author, and professor at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Inspired by her passion for leadership development and expanding opportunities, Dr. Washington created the foundation to extend mentorship, access to education, and professional exposure beyond the classroom and into communities.
