The Ellavate Charity Foundation was founded by Dr. Ella F. Washington, an organizational psychologist, author, and professor at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Inspired by her passion for leadership development and expanding opportunity, Dr. Washington created the foundation to extend mentorship, education access, and professional exposure beyond the classroom and into communities.
