Spelman College Endowed Scholarship
In 2021, the Ellavate Charity Foundation proudly established the Ella F. Washington Ellavating Excellence Endowed Scholarship at Spelman College.
Here is a video from our past scholars:
This endowed scholarship supports Spelman women who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to making an impact in their communities.
In the spirit of “Every Woman, Every Year,” we invite Spelman alumnae and friends of the College to support this scholarship and invest directly in the next generation of Spelman leaders.
Gifts made through the link below go directly to Spelman and count toward your annual giving to the College.
Executive in Residence Day
Confidence changes outcomes
The Ellavate Foundation partners with schools and community organizations to provide leadership development workshops for students.
The Executive in Residence Day pairs high school seniors and early college students with executives for a full-day professional shadowing experience.
Students gain firsthand exposure to professional environments, leadership insights, and career pathways that may otherwise feel out of reach.
Leadership Workshops
These workshops are designed to equip students with the mindset and tools needed to succeed in both academic and professional environments.
Ellavate Golf Tournament
The Ellavate Charity Golf Tournament is our annual community fundraiser that supports scholarships while introducing more people to golf as a powerful relationship-building tool.
The event brings together professionals, supporters, and community members for a day of connection, competition, and collective giving.
Proceeds from the tournament directly support student scholarships and leadership programming.
